At The Wood Veneer Hub, we want you to be completely satisfied with your wood wall panels and veneer products. If your order isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in their original, resaleable condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully repackage the items in their original packaging, ensuring all panels and accessories are securely protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the return shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods to confirm they meet our quality standards, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
