How do I calculate how many wall panels I need for my project?
To calculate the quantity required, measure the total width and height of your wall space in meters. Divide the total width of your wall by the width of a single panel to determine the number of panels needed. We always recommend adding 5-10% extra for cutting and waste.
What are your standard shipping times and costs?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US and UK. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. Expedited shipping options are available for urgent projects.
Can your wood panels be installed in bathrooms or high-moisture areas?
While our natural wood panels are durable, they are not recommended for areas with direct water contact or extreme humidity. For bathrooms, we recommend our specialized moisture-resistant ranges or ensuring the room is exceptionally well-ventilated.
Do you offer samples before I commit to a full order?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering a sample pack. This allows you to see the true color, texture, and grain of the wood in your own lighting before making a final purchase.
What is your return policy for surplus or unwanted items?
We accept returns on unopened and undamaged products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and a restocking fee may apply to certain specialized items.
